Learning a new skill - Meditation as a way to be chilled

Have you ever tried meditating? I was always sceptical about it but it is a really useful skill to be able to do. It can help set you up for the day, chill you out when you’ve got a test coming or something you are worried about…and you can do it almost anywhere. We’ve attached for you a link for you to watch that’s only 5 minutes. Why not give it a try!

Having a Laugh with Martha

Following yesterday's funny video, today we've found another one for you.

Did you know what cats are scared fo cucumbers? Me neither. But here are some funny videos of some cats that get scared when they see a cucumber. We hope this brightens your day.

Being creative with Mandy

It can get a bit boring sitting on your phone, computer or watching the television all day. So, here are some ways you can stay occupied without using your screens.

Please feel free to share with us what you're doing or share any other ideas you have of what to do in your spare time.

We hope you enjoy today's blog. Please feel free to keep us up-to-date with what you're doing at home and if you want you can share ideas with us too.
